Is PDFCloudy.xyz really free?
Yes, 100% free. You can convert, merge, split, compress and protect PDF files at no cost with no account required. There are no hidden fees or subscription traps.
Is my file data secure and private?
Absolutely. All file uploads are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS. We never read, analyse or share your files. We do not store files on our servers. Files are processed immediately and deleted.
What file formats do you support?
We support 25+ formats including Word (DOC/DOCX), Excel (XLS/XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX), images (JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF), AutoCAD (DWG/DXF), OpenOffice (ODT, ODS), eBooks (EPUB, MOBI), and of course PDF. We can convert to and from all these formats.
Is there a file size limit?
For free conversions, file size is limited to 100 MB per file. If you regularly work with larger files or need batch processing, our Developer API offers higher limits. Contact us for enterprise pricing.
Do you offer a developer API?
Yes. Our REST API gives developers programmatic access to every conversion tool on PDFCloudy.xyz through a single integration. SDKs, full documentation, and a sandbox environment are included. Email hello@pdfcloudy.xyz to get early access.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please use the contact form above and select "Report a bug". Include as much detail as possible — the tool you were using, your browser and OS, and a description of what went wrong. Screenshots are always helpful. We take every bug report seriously and aim to fix issues within 48 hours.
